- All rates are quoted in Thai Baht
- Advance reservation is required
- Room rates are per ROOM per night with single/double occupancy inclusive of breakfast
- Check-in: 13:00, Check-out: 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
- Maximum 3 guests per room in which an extra bed is required for 3rd person
- Rates are net inclusive of 7% prevailing government tax.
- No service charge applied for our sincere services
- Transportation available upon request
- VISA and MASTER CARD are accepted
- Pet is not allowed in the resort premise
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
Children Policies (For children age during 4 - 12 years old)
- The first child occupying the parents’ room without any extra bed will be charged 200 Baht for room with breakfast, 450 Baht from room with half-board and 650 Baht for room with full-board.
- The second child is compulsory extra bed and charge as adult
Thai baht rates - Please note:
All our rates are quoted in Thai Baht and to be paid in Thai Baht. The exchange rates we use are the “on-shore” Thai rates as per the Bank of Thailand. We do not use “off-shore” conversion rates in Thailand. Please be aware that there is a difference in these conversion rates. You may pre-check exchange rates from local banks.
Deposit payment Policy
Deposit payment will only be charged after we confirm you the room(s) by return e-mail. Our reply should be sent to you within 2 working days after the reservation form submitted. If you do not receive any response within this period, please let us know by e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation should be done in written notice before the arrival date. Refund should be subject to conditions.
